terms and conditions


Following terms are accepted by you when entering an agreement to purchase products from Polcat's parent company Scavanti AB (556769-5100), hereinafter referred to as “the seller”.


The seller enters agreements only with adults over the age of 18. Persons under 18 must have a parent’s permit to shop.


The seller holds a business tax certificate. All prices include Swedish VAT. If the VAT rate changes we reserve the right to adjust our prices with the corresponding amount. We make reservations for any incorrect pricing which may result in cancellation of order.


Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible, and we aim to send your order within 1-3 working days. Please note that the delivery time may vary in the event of sales, large promotions and releases as well as in circumstances that are out of our control (eg delays with the carrier).

We offer free shipping on purchases over SEK 999, in other cases a shipping cost of SEK 39 will be added. Your order is delivered to the address or postal agent specified at the time of ordering. Therefore, make sure always to double-check that you’ve entered the correct address. If you suspect that you might have entered an incorrect address, please contact us at info@polecat.se as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if your package has been sent from us, a change of address cannot be made.

Make sure to always check your package at its arrival. If there’s something missing, damaged, or if you suspect that someone else has opened the package - please contact us at info@polecat.se


We send all our packages with DHL. Any damages that has occurred during the transport must be reported to us directly after you have received the package.



From the day that you receive your package, we offer a return period of 30 days. The product or products that you want to return must be packed in its original Duffy packaging. The product or products that are returned must be unused and without damage, otherwise a fee may apply.


If you want to change your products, return your product according to the same instructions as above and then place a new order.


If your product is defect it will be replaced by a new one. Contact info@polecat.se if there’s something wrong with your product or products.


Payment methods

Polecat.se cooperates with Klarna, which handles all our payments. We offer payment by card, invoice and direct bank payment. All transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are encrypted securely. No card numbers are saved. We use the latest security technology for credit card payments online 3D-Secure - a standard developed by VISA and MasterCard with the intention of securely validating the consumer when buying online.
